Day 10: Vintage Costumes
If you are a looking for a one of the kind costume this Halloween, do we have the shop for you – LittleLightVintage. Daryn, the shop owner and curator is so, so talented! She spends hours searching for overlooked little gems amongst the rest of our formerly fashionable discards and then re-purposes them to be chic once again, one of a kind treasures. So today we found ourselves looking for a few outfits that you could wear as group or individual Halloween costumes. This first idea board features a blue and pink petticoat, perfect for a Halloween duo, that work great as shown or can be transformed into a cute butterfly costumes, burlesque look, adorable clowns, or even a wild neon beauties.

Vintage 50s 60s Flamingo Pink Petticoat | Butterfly Pattern Corset | Hot Pink Striped Opaque Tights | Pink Halloween Fishnets | Neon Pink Wig
Here are a few more options from LittleLightVintage all of which are very wearable. The top row sweaters would look adorable on a trio of gals not really wanting to wear costumes but still wanting to look playful. On the bottom row are two fun sixties psychedelic shift dresses. This tennis outfit would make an fabulous gal side of a “couple that plays together stays together.” Personally, we would try to convince our guy to wear short seventy style tennis shorts but the reality is the absolute best we are going to do is a white short with a 7″ inseam. Dont forget to accessorize!
